Jerome Reynier is the man in form in France at present, with an incredible 15 of his last 28 runners hitting the target.  He has two on the card at Toulouse today, with Tounsivator worth backing in the 1m4f handicap.

The form of his fourth-place finishes at Salon Provence and Cagnes at the turn of the year suggests this mark is very workable, and he didn’t run too badly when eighth in a big-field maiden in February.

I wouldn’t read anything into the 10L third at Hyeres last time – he clearly didn’t like the track and the front two were in those positions throughout, whereas he was held up.

A ninth foal, seven of his siblings have won races, including three black-type performers, so there is plenty on the page to suggest he can improve beyond this lowly mark of 30.5.
