She was immediately nominated for the Boussac afterwards and it’s obvious that connections think she is from the top drawer.

Gaidar is a half-brother to Prix de Diane winner Golden Lilac and has been a bit of a talking horse since winning a schooling race impressively at the start of the calendar year.

The grey gelding didn’t take long to open his account officially and after then missing the summer, ran a race with huge promise at Deauville at the end of the month. I suspected he was well-handicapped off 40.0 and he proved that when running second to multiple winner Tres Queen at this course on handicap debut.

It’s been well-documented that he has been partnered with Arc hope True Testament at home and his odds of 9-1 represent value in the lucky last.
