The three-year-old maiden at Pornichet this afternoon should not take a lot of winning. The second favourite, Winter’s Magic, is a Camelot filly that is winless in 12 attempts and although she’s been tried in handicap company before, her record would suggest that she is flatted by a mark of 33.5.

Street Feel dropped like a stone on debut at Chantilly and Ptit Pedro was flattered by his fourth at Le Lion D’Angers – which came almost a year ago now.

All the signs are pointing to Christophe Ferland’s filly Miss Cosy, who ran a great second on debut to the hotly-touted Sea Of Ash. With the experience on her side and stretching out another half furlong, she holds very strong claims in this race and rates as a bet.

RECOMMENDED BET: 5.55pm Pornichet – Miss Cosy win @ 6/5 (most firms)
