The 1m2.5f maiden at Toulouse (11.50am) won’t take a great deal of winning and at the prices, Temps Fantastique looks a standout bet.

The daughter of Camelot showed a nice level of ability to finish a very close second on debut at Le Mans in November, which was a very good effort, having done plenty of work early in the race to get across from her wide draw.

She didn’t look at ease on the AW on her comeback, but that was a much better race than this and she must have been showing up quite well at home, having been given an entry in the Prix de Diane at the initial entry stage in February.

A well-bred filly (her dam is a half-sister to two black-type mares), she represents a yard that does well here (4-18 over the past couple of years), has the physical scope to progress and is overpriced to improve past the 34.5-rated odds-on favourite, despite that one hailing from the powerful Rouget yard, which is in scintillating form at present.
