The three at the top of the market in the opener at Fontainebleau all bring solid form to the table (11.45am), but Cash feels like a potential improver on just his second start and is worth chancing at the prices.

Andreas Wohler is pretty selective with what he sends to France, and his last three maiden runners (going back to May) have all won.

Cash broke slowly on debut at Baden-Baden a month ago and was in last for much of the race, but he kept on really well in the straight once the penny dropped.  The bare form will need improving upon, but he shaped nicely and his pedigree suggests there could be a fair bit more to come.  A son of Wootton Bassett, his dam (who bumped into a good filly when runner-up in a Saint-Cloud maiden on her second start) gained black type for this yard and is a half-sister to two other black-type performers, including a dual winner in France for Wohler.
