Ffos Las Tips and Racecourse Guide
Ffos Las opened in 2009 and has quickly established itself as an excellent dual-purpose racecourse. A left-handed, 1m4f oval, the course hosts 23 fixtures across the year, split between jumps and flat. The going tends to get very testing over the winter months.

Rod Millman has his team in excellent form and despite running poorly last time, Handytalk is worth chancing at Ffos Last this afternoon (2.45pm).
The eight year old finished second at Chepstow in June and followed that effort with a good run at Epsom in a better race than this in July. He was a disappointing favourite at Newbury on his latest outing, but he has bounced back from quiet runs in the past and off a career-low mark, he looks dangerously well-handicapped in this grade.
His only previous visit to this course saw him win over this trip in July 2019 off a 7lbs higher mark and he scored at Bath almost exactly a year ago off a 4lbs higher mark than today’s.
